While considering myself first and foremost a sculptor, photography has always played a major part in my practice. As its subject-matter my work generally takes a broadly social realist view which I try to approach without ideological dogma.
Working in my central London studio, where I also run a small gallery, I often feel the need to express thoughts and ideas concerning my practice and other related current issues. This Blog, begun in June 2012, aims to give expression to this need.

I just discovered that a piece I sold for £250 has been on sale on a US web site for $33,000!
